adequate stay near the hall
ideal location helpful staff breakfast availability missing night light inaccessible kettle no table
the location was ideal. it was close to de montfort hall where i attended two concerts. staff were helpful at check-in. i found the availability of breakfast convenient (i was too tired to grab it though).
my room did not have a night light. there was no accessible kettle for making hot drinks. i also missed having a small table in the room.

the location was acceptable for my needs
the room had no bedside table and no lamp was available near the bed i had only one plug socket in the entire room it was located right next to the door

surprisingly awesome stay!
clean rooms modern facilities friendly staff
The rooms were way cleaner than i thought. I mean really sparkling! all the facilities were super modern. i even got a little chat with the receptionist. The staff were really nice and friendly.
